Double bevel sharpened and polished edge cutting blades, which provide better processing and improve tool's cutting plate life between sharpening times.

Extra reinforced disc centre.
Disc flange is made from tempered industrial aluminium alloy AW 7075 T6 (the same material is used in the manufacturing of M16 rifles for the USA military). Tool's outer diameter is 220 mm / 8.7'' , and it fits perfectly with common angle grinder's protective guard.
Cutting blades bolted connections are secured by BaerCoil® screw locking helical inserts.
Log peeler tool weights only 1.1 kg (2.43 lbs), total product shipping weight 2.3 kg (5.07 lbs).
Protective cover PC-D230  is made of 4 mm shockproof polycarbonate, all needed fastenings included (made of stainless steel A2 and composite materials). This set includes installation kit.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Angle grinder’s rated power must be at least 2kW ((in US 15AMP machine), optimal spindle speed 6000 rev/min, max spindle speed 6600 rev/min.
The log peeler disc mounts to the angle grinder with standard 7/8'' (22.23 mm) disc flange and clamp nut M14.
