Buyer may return the item within 30 days after receiving it for refund.  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.  The refund amount is to be determined.
2) If the item is confirmed defective in normal use or damaged in shipping, the seller offers full refund or product exchange for items in stock or full refund for items not in stock.  The buyer must provide physical proof of the defect/damage or allow the seller to inspect the item upon receipt of returned item to verify the buyer's claim.  Buyer is required to return everything the seller has sent, regardless of the current condition of the item.  If the item is found in functional condition or the buyer's claim can't be verified, the seller reserves the right to issue partial refund to help cover the business loss in the transaction.
