"Have this/these hard drives been scanned for bad sectors?"
- These hard drives have undergone low-level format.  Each bit has been re-written 7 times to prevent any prior data recovery.  In the process any bad sectors would return errors.  If I ever see an error the drive is destroyed instead of sold.
"Can I made a lower offer?"

1- Due to a recent issue I am disheartened to have to specifically point out that the image is for only one of the available items in this lot.  You may not receive that particular item.  Please be sure to note that it's stated in the specifications and title that these are various brands of items with the same specs.
2- I specify 'No Returns', but I am happy to refund or replace any item that you receive and believe may be defective AND pay the shipping cost.  However, after a few claims I have begun testing the parts that have been returned to me, only to discover that they are working fine.  If this is the case I will have to charge the buyer back for the cost of shipping the replacement item and the item that was claimed as defective.  Since I sell items so cheap as to completely nullify the price of the item upon shipping 3 times.  Please check your equipment upon installation.  Blow out the RAM slots with canned air, test the harddrive in a second computer before thinking it's broken.  I'm an A+ certified computer technician of 19 years and have seen various strange issues with computer equipment, I would like to avoid a situation like this if at all possible.
