Vandoren 5RV lyre 2 tone profile 88 Bb clarinet mouthpiece.
Original facing is in excellent condition and mouthpiece only has some minor ligature scratches on the back. The decals have worn off.
The two tone marbled hard rubber version was discontinued and is getting harder to find.
Tip opening measures 1.12 mm at the tip and 1.07 mm at the inner tip rail edge with my gauges.
