    This is an old original watch fob.  It shows a devil and says - It Raises the (devil) with Scale;  and on the back it says - Arrow Boiler Compound Co., St. Louis, MO., Use Arrow - It Does the Work and has for 24 Years.
    It measures about 1 3/8" in diameter.
    It is in good condition with some wear and the celluloid or plastic insert in front has some discoloration.
