Vintage Art Deco Poker Chip Set & 2 Decks of Cards -- VERY NEAT!!

Poker Chip Set
Lots of chips – 4 stacks of white, 2 stacks of red and 2 stacks of blue.
The piece measures approximately 11 ½” long x 4 ¼” wide x 5” tall.
It has two decks of cards – one is Winston and it is missing one joker; and the other deck came from Caesar’s Las Vegas and is complete with 2 jokers.
Very neat art deco look!!
It looks like bakelite, but I don’t think it is.
There is a medallion on the top under the handle that has a knight in armor with a large V, which I’m sure represents, the maker.
Someone had used scotch tape to hold the chips in their slots, so there is some residue that needs to be cleaned off -- I will leave that up to the new owner to do.
